Welcome to Munsif Mart. We strive to deliver your orders accurately, in good condition, and always on time. Please read our shipping policy below to understand our delivery process.

1. Shipping Locations
We deliver all across Bangladesh from our central hub.

2. Delivery Timeline
* Inside Dhaka: 2 to 3 Business Days.
* Outside Dhaka (All Other Districts): 3 to 5 Business Days.
Note: Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to political situations, natural disasters, or unexpected courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges
* Inside Dhaka: 80 BDT
* Outside Dhaka (All Other Districts): 120 BDT
(Shipping charges may vary based on product weight or special promotional offers, which will be visible during checkout).

4. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and handed over to our courier partners within 24 hours of confirmation. Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays may require an additional 24 hours to process.

5. Order Tracking
Once your product is dispatched, we will share a tracking number or link, or contact you via SMS or phone call to provide updates regarding your delivery.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Inspection
We offer Cash on Delivery across Bangladesh. We kindly request our customers to check the product package while the delivery agent is present. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please inform our customer support immediately.
